Is the electoral college a republican creation. It seems that a somewhat substantial amount of people overall are democrats yet the republican states are worth more electoral points or whatever their called.

So what exactly is the other side "crybabying" about? How about the state of florida which expunges black voters from the voting rolls, as convicted felons. Or how about the republican voting commissioner and the presidents brother developing the infamous "butterfly ballot" which caused Pat Buchanan (a harcore anti-semite) to get much larger predicted perentage in a predominitly JEWISH district.
