I like mild NA cams for big boost, Rocket regrinds are nice and inexpensive, and YES you see and feel gains in power and spool.

For your average 300-400 whp ride, stock cams do a solid job. For the big power monsters you spend a lot of time yanking your dick to no avail, where a cam change would pave the road.

Delta cam does cheap regrinds for the non-vtec crowd

BTW, just say 00-01 ITR cams or just say CTR cams. Same thing.

i don't know about how they react to boost but i just put a set of jg 404's in my friends ls, and they rip like a mother. so my guess is it would cut spool time by a marginal amount. im still debating whether i should get a set of jg 1001's for my dohc zc
