yea i am still waiting on a bov i got from been a few weeks...before a topic like this has happened...all i want is my bov and or my cash put back into my account so i can buy one from some one else.

yea, i vote take down his banner. till ---- gets str8 with him i mean its just a bov but still i was going to buy my new turbo ff him since mine is spanked hard but now i wont. So any one with a t3 or t3/t4 turb for sale pm meh asap

Having worked in customer service for 3 years, I can tell you that any normal company would probably ignore your ignorant *** after comments like that. You need to learn how to complain to a company properly.

I've written them countless respectful, honest, and understanding letters about how their shop is dealing with problems and what not. I've even made it abundantly clear in every one of those e-mails that all I want is a little detail about my order. How hard is it to say "Yes, your order has been delayed until the the 15th, sorry for the inconvenience."?!?! Seroiusly, how hard is that
Don't preach to me about customer service. What kind of customer service are these people providing right now? Hmm, let's sum it up, They took my money a month ago, and haven't answered one single e-mail. yeah, they sound like they deserve the benefit of the doubt...
