I'm having the same issue with this guy

Ordered IC piping not this past friday, but the friday before. Recieved order confirmation, and the money was pulled from my bank account. So, yeah, I too am waiting on calls/e-mails backl from this guy

IF your having this much trouble getting in contact to order things from him just imagine what your going to need to deal with after you send him money. :-\

The back story he gave in another complaint topic goes as follows. Three guys started the business and one of the guys decided he wanted to quit/go back to school or something at one of the worst times. So in conjunction with the cheap ass sale on the rebuilt T3's and T3/T04b's(that me and a few others coaxed him into) they were, and still are backlogged with a lot of shipments. I think they're still sorting out their company now.

They're not horribly shady, the guy I talked to took a little while to answer questions via email when I talked to him. They don't build their turbo's, they have a builder from what I understand so they only send the orders and the other place sends the shipments.

I have one of the first t3/T4b's sitting right here and I have had it for a while. It's in great condition. I would definately buy from them if their business gets back on its feet.

yeah just talking to them over the phone I could tell that they were backed up alittle, but said they are shipping things as fast as they can. once they get the ball rolling, they should be a decent place to buy for us socal guys

Having worked in customer service for 3 years, I can tell you that any normal company would probably ignore your ignorant ass after comments like that. You need to learn how to complain to a company properly.

I've written them countless respectful, honest, and understanding letters about how their shop is dealing with problems and what not. I've even made it abundantly clear in every one of those e-mails that all I want is a little detail about my order. How hard is it to say "Yes, your order has been delayed until the the 15th, sorry for the inconvenience."?!?! Seroiusly, how hard is that???

Don't preach to me about customer service. What kind of customer service are these people providing right now? Hmm, let's sum it up, They took my money a month ago, and haven't answered one single e-mail. yeah, they sound like they deserve the benefit of the doubt...

I didn't say that they're a great company and I'm not giving them the benefit of the doubt. But what you previously said will only make your product get shipped slower, plain and simple, regardless of anything that you have done. Have fun waiting another month at the least :-*

Oh I'll get it, one way or another..

I figure I'll just chill until the 15, and give them a chance to respond and fill me in then. Then it's on to the BBB, and if that dooesnt work, theres always alternative methods to dealing with ---- like this.
