if memory serves me correctly, this guy used to work at a fast food chain (burger king or some ----) and while working the cook area, a mini stove or grill that sits on a top shelf fell on his arm and burned him pretty bad. And it was a violation to have the grill/stove unsecured, it's supposed to be bolted down and secured up there.

He posted this on HMT a while back, and I remember telling him to sue their asses.

So if you are the same person I'm thinkin' of, good luck and when you win you owe me some MONEY!!!

His redneck stepdad used to burn him with his GPC cigarettes. He finally stood up to him and killed him and it was about if it was selfdefense that he killed him or murder. Duh? I remember reading this awhile ago.
