Default Well holy ----, something worked out in my favor.

So Sprint has been ------- me over for the past couple months by adding some bullshit options onto my account that I didn't ask for and have actually asked them to remove. I get my new bill and god damn it, another $15 charge for "Vision picture pack". *******....

I email them with this:

I have asked several times to have the pictures option removed
and it appears to have been removed months ago, yet I keep getting
billed for it. I haven't used any picture options in months and my plan
says nothing about a picture pack, yet I keep getting charged for it. If
this happens again I'll cancel my service with Sprint. I would like a
refund on the past months that I have been charged for this also. This
is unacceptable. Please respond soon or I will be forced to cancel my
service and deny any future payments from my account. Thanks.
Justin

and they responded with this:

Dear Justin,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

As requested, I have removed the PCS Vision Pictures Pack from your
account and you will not be charged for it again.

I have also applied a credit of $45.00 that was charged for PCS Vision
Pictures Pack for past three months to your account. This credit will
be reflected on your next invoice.

It was a pleasure serving you and have a great day.

Mervin S.
Sprint eCare

Should I email them back and ask if they're sure? I'm not used to this. What should I do?

Giving you back $45 that you paid them for nothing is "going in your favor"?

Going in your favor would have been them ------- up and adding another zero to your refund.

you should call- i hustle verizon everytime i get someone on the phone
just threaten to cancel and tell them you don't care about the termination fee from the contract of whatever
they'll usually do a lot if they realize they're going to loose a customer

my bill one month was over 200bucks (don't have a clue how) late night text messages to little nymphos-probably

just so happens that i broke my phone and i had like a week left on my contract-called them up told them i would go to cingular if they didn't credit my bill and let me get a new phone for the promotional price .... got my bill brought down to 93 bucks and got a new motorola camera phone for 100 minus a 50 dollar rebate that i still havn't sent in....
and the bitch credited me the 15 minutes i spent on the phone working all this out with her
hahhahaha

You can send them a thank you note. Call their customer service dept. in a few days and ask a rep. to tell you about the most recent credit in your account.

Damn, if I would have known that I would have called them up months ago. I got fucked pretty hard by a local Sprint provider. Long story short, they told me anything they could to get me to sign up for a new contract(they must get a commision?)and lied their asses off to me. I ended up getting a $200 phone bill the next month because they got me on two seperate accounts plus some other bullshit when all I wanted to do was add a phone to my current plan. One of these days I'll be walking by that place all drunk(it's right next to a bunch of bars I liek to go to)and I'll get my revenge......

the cancellation thing won't work unless you're toward the end of you contract. like 10 months into it or so. its easier for them to keep existing customers than to find new ones, so they're more willing to give you a discounted plan. these plans are called retention plans, and they give you incentive to stay with sprint

I've been a Sprint customer for like 4 years now. I got fucked into another 2 year contract which I'm only about 6 months into right now. The shitty thing is Sprint is the best provider in my area. My first cel phone was a Cellular One phone which I never got a clear phone call out of. ---- those people.

I don't even have my own cell phone right now. I use my company cell phone. My mom has the only phone on my plan. They won't let me have another phone until Feb, 2006 unless I pay full price, which is ------- rediculous. No way I'm paying $300+ for a phone.
