Ok so my ls-t runs beautiful on 10lbs......weird thing is, (asume its warmed up etc) If I park it and run inside for 10-15mn and then come out and drive it, it smokes like hell for a couple mn. Its burning oil big time when that happens. Is that a specific symptom of something? Turbo/rings/valve seals?

Other than that the car doesn't seem to smoke at all, maybe just a tad bit. But either way I've got oil coming from somewhere, Just trying to make it easier to find...

no clue but that happens to my boy n/a lude and when he goes into reverse. i know this doesnt help but it my not be turbo related

No, its not an external leak, either my rings, valve seals or turbo are leaking and burning oil. Im guessing its a small enough ammount that I don't see it when driving, but if I let it sit it will build up and burn off a ton when I start driving. I honestly thought I popped the HG when It happened yesterday..

my friend's DSM GST does this... riding around, racing, whatever.. no smoke.. let it idle for 5min.. smokes like cheech and chong on a slow day.

what coler is the oil if it look like coffe the hade gasket is blown

yeah it is, mine does it too. Check your drain lines, make them as unrestrictive as possible, otherwise it's the turbo seals

just deal with it, or try a rebuild

not a blown hg, i dont think its tur turbo seals, the turbo was just rebuilt, ive only put 2k miles on it.....i just put on a restrictor today, maybe that will help
