That is what I have used in teh past. It has an FTP client built in. IIRC you just have to go to "create new site" and enter in the FTP info. I can look when I get home and give ya a quick step-by-step through it. It is pretty easy. It will just upload it evey time you save the page you are working on if you want.

Why even bother with a FTP? Login via Firefox/IE and drag and drop your folders as needed. It's low tech but works perfectly.

If you make your website using something other than OsCommerce or Zencart you are wasting your time. As for needing Dreamweaver, you don't. Use OsCommerce or ZenCart. Use the default layouts and get the barebones working. Its more than good enough for now until you have capital to really invest in a site.
