Default Water temp.

hey everybody
Finally got my autometer water temp. gauge working and I keep freaking out. Sitting in traffic it goes up to like 210 the stock guage stays in the middle. Question is what should a zc run at? thanks for the help

i think 210 is normal. Just look at the stock temp guage. what is the start temp? and the max temp, find the middle's temp using those and you will get an idea of what it should be. Stock temp guages are really slow and they dont show the changes like and autometer will.

210 is a bit hot, replace the T-stat and bleed the cooling system.

How much does a temp gauge cost? And is it easy to install?
