see you got the bleeding heart liberal "cdtrix" all bent out of shape lol. how many american soldiers died in iraq in the first war? i think only 1 is MIA or KIA. he was a fighter pilot who got shot down by a SAM. and they haven't found him. all the other causualities were from friendly fire. which always happends.
i think "cdtrix" forgot about the humilitating defeat saddam took in the first gulf war. and then all the peaceniks where saying it was for oil. but did the US conquer and control all the oil fields in Iraq? NO. could we have? YES.
most if not all the peaceniks are anti-american anti-conservitive anti-bush homos. they don't care about anything else. they live in their socialist dream world where everything turns out peachy. then sometimes real men have to fight and die for them to live in that dream world.

Iraq: Original figures listed 100,000 Iraqi military dead, but more recent estimates place Iraqi dead at 20,000 military and 2,300 civilian.
United States: 148 killed in action, 458 wounded. Also, 121 Americans died through non-combat incidents.

yeah i think its the right thing to do. we will not have to pay for rebuiding iraq, without saddam, the money the country makes from the oil they sell will not go to saddam's swiss bank accounts and to building huge statues of himself and all his presidental palaces and building chemical weapons and trying to build a nuclear weapon. it will be used to better iraq, like it should have been all along.
when the united states marine corps rolls into bahgdad, the iraq people will be dancing in the streets, just like the kuwaities where during the first gulf war, and much like the french, germans, and italians were during WWII.

NOT the AMERICANS, NOT THE IRAQ PEOPLE, but for what? OIL? Everyone thinks it's gonna be a 2 hour war where all the bad guys die and the good guys provail... WRONG women and children will die during the bombing, American soldiers will die, Parents will grieve and then you realize... WAR is WRONG....
anyone that is PRO WAR are not a soldier, you do not have to put yourselves on the line for the supposed "FREEDOM" of your country, you are not overseas, you are not holding a rifle, you are not there... THINK about those that ARE going to war for YOUR country... thousands of men marching along the desert fighting for their country, as easily as a warm knife is cut through butter... a life can easily be taken.. please think b4 you want a war... because your not there doesn't mean you shouldn't care about those that are

Why not just do a "flat rate" style war? get a few undercover guys (secret service/snipers/whatever) kill the ****** and all his advisors, and call it a ------- day?
All this war ---- is just dumb, all the money, all the time and peoples lives that that it will change, just because of this piece of ---- running the country. I understand something has to be done, but you would think we could be a bit smarter about it.

I would have to agree with jeff ,---- the media and everyone else. Bush is a ----- of the rich hes tainted and bought. Just send in some guys take his *** out and get it over with. As for france they are pussies just like in WW II when they just let hitler just "walk in" and they greeted him ..............sick.

the US has tried for years to assasinate saddam, read a book or watch s show on the discovery channel for christs sake. he has like 10 different look-a-likes. and never sleeps in the same building two days in a row. he has 6 different caravans of cars when he travels. its not that easy.
