i liked the 2nd one more because it was more of an actual movie with a story line! the 1st one had a crappy story line, and was filled with ridiculously wrong info that totally killed the movie

if u guys like cars since the movies u guys are ricers!i likve the movie anyways,i was pissed when i first saw it cuz it didnt have anything to do with racing really but....i like it.i remember when it first came out and at the ilegals races there ws a gettho bird like the movie and more cops than usual,in a way that movie fucked it up for ilegal street racing but i guess it had to stop lots of stupid peeps ruining it 4 everyone!

I actually like watching to see the cars in the background as there is usually some nice clean cars.

The way i look at is, it helped the import scene get some recognition. Alot more import shops are open now because of the boom in "rice" but alot of those shops carry ---- that we use, so if not for that movie maybe imports would not be as popular all around. personally i like the first one and the second one is more of an action movie, not as much racing.

it gave the import scene a bad recognition. Sure it helped spark more interest in it, and may have increased the industry's profit. But it only hurt the enthusiasts. When I had my hatch I was discriminated just because it was slammed and had a beefy tone to it and was half primered, people automatically assumed that I was a racer. I don't go to these street races and I don't drive like these F&F characters. My cousin who had an eclipse all kitted out was assumed to be a reckless driver given dirty faces by people and smiles from youngin's that saw the movie and asked "was your car the one in F&F?" Yeah he must be pretty fast with his auto eclipse. He wasn't a racer, he was in it for the "show" i guess, he had the blitz kit long before the movie came out, and it was only after the movie that he got the unwanted attention.

And these ricer shops carrying stuff we want/need, nah not the ones around here. Even the "performance shops" specialize in rice. The only place I need to go to to get all the stuff I need for my Honda is the junkyard, a metal shop, forums, and ebay. If you need tires, you don't have to go to rice'r us to get some azenis, hit up a tire shop. Shoot SuperAutobacs was suppose to be some kool JDM shop, stupid place is a rice fest that sell ssauto manifolds. ---- these poser *** shops.

^^ true true, i thought about it and i dont really know people that buy from import shops unless to get something cosmetic or to get something installed (which can be done by yourself most of the time anyway). But i get waht your saying about your cousin and what not.
