there aren't too many wb controllers that don't data log that i'm aware of, what the ---- would be the point? lm1 is plx's most basic unit, if zeitronix had a line of products like plx does, i'm sure it would have a lower end model as well, fjo is not a bad unit at all:

and the aem uego just plain out sucks unless you're a ricer. i never said the zeitronix wasn't a good unit, i just said it's by far the best, and from what i'm aware of, it's the lowest priced 'decent' assembled unit out there. you're just partial to it b/c you own it. it is nice and i would not mind having one if it was 100% functional with uberdata, but if you compare the two, tit for tat, i think the tech edge is nicer. the main selling point for the zeitronix is it's nice display.

The AEM doesnt log, the wego doesn't log, half the plxs don't log, the lm1 is made by innovate motorsports not plx, and it does log, but only internally, plus its huge and the display eats ***.

I'm partial to the zeitronix because I believe it is the best one. The zeitronix has more features then the FJO, or any other unit out there that I know of. I see that in your case, since uberdata is having some difficulty with it, it's not an option, but if uberdata did use it, or ifthis was for any other application, you'd be hard pressed to find a better unit.

I also hear that there is alot of problems with the techedge.

from who, zeitronix users seriously though, i've compared all of them b/c i was going to get a zeitronix b/c of the price regardless of the uber issues, they'll be worked out soon enough guranteed, and for just a couple bucks more, i could have that instead of teh tech edge and not have to assemble it, but in my opinion, the tech edge and plx are the best units.

I don't know if they are the best, but they work with uberdata out of the box, and I have heard only good things from the owners of them.

The zie' could work with uberdata, it is just a matter of someone entering in the functions that it uses. IMO it may be a while because most people who want bargain basement will get the TE, and people who don't mind spending a little more will go to to the PLX or the Innovative or any of the other higher priced ones.

i said in my opinion, compare the fjo, zeitronix, plx m300, and tech edge 2a0, then read other users reviews/experiences etc., it's called RESEARCH and i did mine and decided to go with the tech edge, the end. besides, you have yet to show me a comparable unit to the zeitronix that cost less, quit kidding yourself, you got it because it was the cheapest and now you love it, i'm glad the story has a happy ending

umm project teg, Every unit out there that datalogs is cheaper then the zeitronix, if you get the display, if you don't get the display, and use your laptop as the display/logger, its the cheapest logger. mine came total of 300 with the egt option, and without the display.

you quit kidding yourself, you only got the australian piece of ---- cause its the cheapest.

tech edge:

complete assembled 2a0 with senosor, unit, cable, display, etc. = 520


plx:

m500 (most comparable to the units in comparison) complete with software, display, sensor, cable, etc. = 499


zeitronix:

complete with sensor, harness, wb unit, all software, cables, etc. = 399 (cheapest)
