Re: vouch for me!!!
Heres the truth to the car market in Okinawa:
CRX's are what...15years old. Japaneese people (at least Okinawan people) don't keep cars for that long. Reasons being, JCI/GOJ inspection becomes a bitch, junkyards dont keep them around for the simple fact that this island is only 20miles wide and 70miles long, so for them to keep a 18yo car for someone who wants a front bumper for it...just isnt good practical business measures when they can get another car in its place that they could sell parts from, or make more $$ from the scrap weight it brings.
I honestly have seen about 2 SiR CRX's and 1 SiR hatch in my year and a half ive been here and trust me, my eye is out for them. One was at a car lot, 1 used to park down the road from my work place (which just kinda fell off the face of the earth, I even left a note on his window offering to buy it from him, cash in hand) and one I saw driving down the road. That is all. My friends say 5 years ago you could go JY shopping on a saturday afternoon and come home with a few B16's 18's, ZC's etc etc but those motors were popular 5 years ago. Not to mention Hondas are a somewhat rare sight here as drifting rules okinawa in a aspect of enjoyable car enterainment. Sucks but truth be had. Sad for you and I both. ----, even 4x100 wheels anywhere between a +34 to +45 offsets are somewhat difficult to come across.

Re: vouch for me!!!
People sell the ---- at such expensive prices because people buy it. Thats why. I would be pretty certain that CRX's can be found on a pretty somewhat regular basis in mainland. Consider this, I know where 2 perfect ITR's are at in mainland for 550,000y or around $4800usd. The seats and front clip(body panels) will bring you back the $4800 you spent on the car, and you still have the rest of the car to salvage. if I had ~$5500 to drop right now, I would order one and swap it all into my civic.
Yet...say on HT, I try to sell something for way cheaper than 'maket value' I get called a scammer.
Go figure. Market value on a set of SSR wheels is ~$900 + shipping. I tell someone $650+ shipping and they ask why im not asking more for them. I respond, because there is no need to, $650+shipping is a fair price to me, I dont want to play the bump game, or wait on people to respond or make up there minds, $650 cash is good for me...and they respond, 'something doesnt sound right here'. Happens all of the time.
If people knew what I paid for a set of wheels, it would make them sick.
