Default Anybody use paintscratch.com's paint?

I bondoed up some pretty good nastys on my door, and just a few dings around the car and got my new sideview mirrors ready for paint.. paintscratch.com's spray cans the basecoat and clearcoat have gotten good reviews on their site. Didn't know if anyone on here has any experience with it. I'm not wanting a 2k dollar paint job just something that looks decent. I dont have the proper spray guns or a very good air compressor either. this is just something to get me by. anyone??

Never used it, but saw a post on honda-tech like 4 years ago lol. A guy repainted the roof of his eg hatch captiva blue pearl. And it seemed to match pretty well. But you don't really know how great it is in pictures. If it doesn't have to be 100% perfect. I say try it out. Prep it well, possibly color sand with fine grit in between coats to make sure its even. Good luck.

Might work. Do you really care about the car? If not then do it up and don't worry. It can't look worse than fucked up scratches.

i used their rattle can paint on my 98 civic
the color was perfect, but there was no depth or shine at all. it looked horrible
does autozone carry the color you need? dupli color looks the same as paintscratch.com paint. oh and $20 for a can of paint is outrageous

i don't have any pics that would show the quality, but no i didn't use the paintscratch clear.
i had bare metal fenders, sprayed dtm primer on fender, sprayed the paintscratch paint, let sit for the recommended 30 days sprayed clear, cut and buff.
the clear looked great it was shiny as all hell, but the color of the paint was dull.
i don't know where you live, but you can usually get a automotive paint place to put some in a aerosol can for you. it's usually about $20
or if you have a air compressor you can buy a quart of paint from the place and use this from harbor freight
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...temnumber=1102
they say you can use a hand pump so that might work as well.
i now only paint with real paint and a sprayer.
