I think if we started shooting them when we cought them auto theft would go down quick. but the -----s in government cant stand that thought.. we need to be "civilized" but yet we go to war over pathetic ----. ::)

You know WTF, if a Cop had asked the theif to stop and then blasted away at the theif, he would have got a damn medal. Also isnt there a law that says that a theif in a car is considered armed, because the car can be considered a lethal weapon.
