cool i saw your vids. im glad the conversions are working good.

it actually does the conversions at the same time as the upload which i need to change cause it just ads more wait time.

althought this server has quad 3g xeons

Is quicktime ok? It's from my faggotry camera.
MOV? download a prog called MP4Cam2AVI Easy Converter. I use it to convert my shitty MOV files to AVI. :)

it should convert MOV videos fine (the site that is) everything is converted to FLV
