Btw 140 is cake. Why would it be scary ?

Good suspension and tires are all it takes for it to not be scary.

And decent judgement.

BTW : This is a 1493cc motor Non vtec 7.5:1 compression using all stock parts.

Yeah i drove my 70 Challenger up to 125, and it was like floating on a cloud, thank god i didnt have to turn... or stop right away, 30 year old technology just doesnt work at the higher speeds. Im in the process of rebuilding the front end with polygraphite right now to make sure i stay alive next time i get my foot a little too deep into the go-go pedal ;)

Weird, can't find no info on the 340+6 after 1971...........

You sure that 73 'cuda didn't have a 360 in it? It was a mid-year upgrade to the 340.
