its not about the flange warping, its about how the 2 end bolt holes where like 1/4 inch off

notice how high that hole is? and thats even bored out some

when flange warps into a U shape the bolt holes are gonna end up closer together.

i have a hard time believing aaron's flange didnt fit, unless it was a flawed cut.

lol, maybe it was becuase when aaron drilled the holes the flange was flat and when you installed it, it was U shaped. That might throw off the holes a little
