Ok, they have all the information printed up and available, but they aren't "training". Just because you've never seen it, doesn't mean it's not true. You're not a mexican citizen anyway, so when I say they train "their" citizens, you aren't in that group anyway.

the pamphlets aren't training material, they are simply instructions. sound better now? the mexican govt. gives instructions on how to cross the border illegally.

So is it teaching, or training? I read alot of bullshit in school and they called that teaching. Lets keep the difference between training and teaching very clear.
