try it in spaghetti sauce, it's amazing. also makes good burgers. hamburgler helper too :y

Ive never liked it by it self but Deer sausage, spaghetti, burgers, chilli anything done with it is awesome.

make sure you mix it with beef or pork or it will be dry as ----.
when my roommate makes venison sausage he uses beef and pork tallow

Yeah 100% venison as a burger or sausage has like no fat in it. Burger and sausage needs pork or some other fat to help hold it together.
