it means commision, and its the way to go. the more parts get sold the more $$$ you make.
i get paid salary and comm, its the only way to go. i get two decent checks a month for salary and a one fatty check on the 10th every month for my comm. my commision check pretty much covers all my monthly bills so the bi-weekly ones are for ------- off
i guess you work at one or did in the past?

Re: vatozone all time lows
Napa's usually good to me... They do close too early though
I went to Autozone & Advanced and they both sold me the wrong rotors and pads. Napa was the only one that could figure out which ones I needed because the catalogs were all wrong between all stores... ------- amazing.
Pepboys blows too. I went in asking for 1 step colder NGKs (had the part number and everything) and the guy said he couldn't sell them to me because it "wasn't the proper part" from my car. I tried to tell the guy that really NOTHING on my car was "the proper part" but he just didn't get it... So I went to Advanced with my 1 step colder NGK catalog number and the guy said "I have no idea what you're talking about. Our catalog numbers are completely different than what you got thur..."
"Can you crossreference it?"
"No."
So I shot myself in the head and got the OEMs and gapped them to .030
