Illegal or Legal??

The driver was coming up a hill and around a curve when he apparently lost control. The vehicle jumped a curb, hit a fire hydrant and then spun into the children, said Police Cpl. Sonia Pruitt.

The driver, identified by police as Sebastian Vasquez, 29, of Hyattsville, was still being interviewed and no charges had been filed, police said.

Hyattsville? obviously illegal.. you should see how many salvidorians and mexicans live there a ---- ton.. and it was getting very bad...
