man i used steam to buy cs source and gmod gotta say gmod is nice... but counterstrike source is fucked.. lol i dont see how i can get better at that game when everytime i come arround the corner guns blazing or not.. i get taken out :-p and steam is the most retarded pos ever.. if i knew i wouldnt be able to run gmod offline i wouldnt have bought the pos :7 |

Unfortunately, used CD Keys (whether resold by an individual or a store selling used goods) cannot be reset. Please see the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the CD Key Reset Process FAQ if you would like more information: I think they think you bought it used? |

Did you forget your initial steam account info? I installed CS and HL2 a year or so ago and recently started playing on steam again, and all I needed to put in was my steam password and my cd-keys were still attached. What's going on?

I've heard a lot of complaints about steam but have never had a problem with them personally.
Can't you just stick it to the man and crack/patch/keygen it? |
