valve cover polishing?
 
hello i am new to the board and looking for any ideas to polishing my B18c valve cover, i had it glass beaded and using multiple stages of sandpaper....any hints on making life easyer?

get a big ass buffer and good polish

here you go..
i bead the cover first then use a 80 grit for any serious scratches and stuff then increase grit till 1000 then use a spiral sewn 4" on my 4 1/2" angle grinder..

i will tell you now. the 50$ to spend on someone to polish it is well worth it. i gave up on a few i have.. :-X

i started to then said ---- it...then i got some paint remover and stripped the rest of the paint off (should have done that to begin with) and painted it...
