I have never ever seen an LS1 struggle to get to or past 5K and teh LS1 weighs about 450 and a F20C wieghs about 225. If you cant compensate for 200 extra pounds in a 50 50 car then you should shut the ---- up because this is obviously way beyond your grasp.

It all depends on where the LS1 ends up sitting in the S2k... in front of or behind the front wheels.

The civette is pretty sick quickest time i believe was an 11.7 on slicks. Now an LS1 S2k would be pretty sweet as well
