i would always turbo a vtec- they are built to run high R's and take the abuse- not to mention the whole 20 extra horsepower right off the bat

Turbo A VEETACK MOTER? Thats IMPOSSIBLE! Some guy told me his 1988 accord was turboed the other day and i told him he was full of ----, that just cant be true

I disagree. Just give me the goddamn camshaft profile I need to make the power, and you can keep your fancy reciprocating mass adding V-tech components and overly complex system for maintaining a good idle to yourself. Real men don't mind it if their car hits a lick at idle... we don't mind it at all.

I've seen using high mileage V-tech cylinder heads in "speshul builds" come home on a few people, and they weren't shooting for a power level that a simple LS head w/ pump gas couldn't have gotten them. Completely JDM gay.
