ya you just need a tv tuner card. it could be an add-on card or an all-in-one which is the video card and tv tuner.
either work fine. you can run full screen or a small window while doing work on the computer.

yup tv tuner card needed. I recommend anything that uses the Ati 550 Pro chipset. they go for around 105$CAN and work good.

best picture quality you can get aside from a professional card (~1000$$$!)
