Dude, i hear you. I just picked up a 95 hatch with a really minty body for WNY. The guy told me it had just had the timing done, and on the way back from getting the timing done, the crank pulley flew off, and that it just needed to be put back on. He said he already had a new pulley and new belts, so whatever, I'll just do it right? Well I got it home and the crank pulley bolt was broken off in the crank. After several painful hours we were able to extract it. The pulley he gave me didn't fit at all, so I had to pull it off my spare d15, which didn't have p/s. Well, there goes my first car to have p/s. Now theres a whine sound coming from the timing belt. ------- douchebags. He didn't count on me now knowing where he lives though.

---- trying to sell a used car, too. People these days don't know what "FIRM" means. If I say $4000 FIRM, that doesn't mean I will take $3500 or even consider any stupid reasoning you might come up with. Some ******** offered me trade-in value on a car I'm selling. If I wanted trade-in value I'd trade the mother ****** in and get fucked at a dealership. If I was taking offers I probably wouldn't have included the word "FIRM" after my price. Craigslist is the worst. I can't believe how stupid some of those people are. How did they even manage to navigate across the internet to get to Craigslist?

So true. When I was selling my 94 Del Sol Vtec in the spring the first guy that came to look at it was wit his grandfather who was making the decision. I had it listed for $5000 with stock rims $5500 with Konigs. Well he called right after it listed to come look and I didn't have time to take the rims off. Well they offered $3500. I was thinking fool are you ------- retarded? Well then $3700. Finally he was like now all we came with was $4k. I was like nah man can't go that low. I was like lowest I would go it $4200 without rims. He then says he will pay $4200 with rims. Said no can do, $4500 bottom dollar with rims, won't go any lower and I don't want to go that low, but you got here before I could take them off. The dick around for a few minutes and "need time alone". So they decide to buy it and the old fart counts the money out three times. They leave with the young kid GRINDING the hell out of every gear (wasn't even using the clutch) on my mint vtec. I was sick just knowing the thing would be trashed. Anyways, go in and recount the money and the dumb *** had two sets of bills stuck together. So ended up giving me $4700. I bought it from some old people though and with rims only had about $4400 in it. So still made $300.

Now I get my Prelude and hang on to it for a few months when I decide ---- this premium gas wasting -----. First guy comes from Nashville (about 3+ hours from here). Wants to buy it for his daughter and even brings a trailer, because she can't drive stick yet. I had it listed for $5500 would have took $4500. He doesn't buy it because it needs and alignment. WTHF? Are you ------- serious? You wasted $100 driving your big *** truck and trailer down here to pass it up for a $50 alignment? Then some other guy was seriously calling me 10+ times a day wanting it. I finally called him back and he starts in with the same BS saying he can't come up with it all. Finally tell him $5300 bottom dollar. He shows up to drive it, and buys it for $5300 sure enough. Get's home and calls me saying I screwed him his friend says the tranny is trashed. LMFAO, he drove it. He knew 3rd gear was grinding like most Hondas but I screwed him? Wtf, I say oh well bill of sale said as is.

haha the retards on craigslist is crazy, i too wonder how they manage to serf the site and even somehow call or email you. makes for some funny stories though. i like messing with the ones that cant speak english or you know they dont have all the money.
