if you have the track# they can tell what condition it arrived in according to my ups driver and when it was signed for was it noticed on the delivery sheet that it was all busted up you should allways keep the packing until you are satisfied with your purchase if you cant work it out with the seller than PP will help otherwise its between the seller, you and the delivery contractor

the ups driver has to recogizine the damage us mail does this has well

or the item is lost

or the item is delivered to the wrong home and cant be retrived

in all these cases none apply to you so your basically out of luck

ups doesnt cover people who dont have common sense in the fact a part is being delivered accross the country on an 18 wheeler and getting tossed around like a 17 year old girl at a frat house. You need 2 inches according to their rules

Only time yo will be refunded is if the box was seriously damaged and yes you need the orginal packing along with the original shipping label

i worked for UPS unloading trucks during the holiday season...we beat the ---- outa the packages....we had to unload about 1500+ in about 45 min(thats one full trailer, top to bottom, front to back)...i remember just throwing packages on the rollers didn't matter if it said fagile or not....one incident stands out in my mind...sometimes they get trailers were the doors swing open instead of rolling up and the trailer was packed. so the driver opened it before pulling into the loading dock and a few packages got smashed between the trailer and loading dock...kinda felt sorry for who evers packages they were cause they were absolutly destroyed. that could of happened to your package. i always tell people from my work experience at UPS to always get insurence for your packages when going through them....lolz
