I had a volvo boost gauge like that. the white stripe in the middle of the boost zone is 10psi.
I was thinking about buying a factory turbo starlet. Those were pretty nice, 134hp from the factory and weighing a bit over 2000lbs. They're pretty common here in Ireland.
