J/k, I think asking for permission is WAY old fashioned and the father is going to make fun of you behind your back after you leave. If I were her dad, I would. It's not common practice. I am nice to 99.9% of the people I have ever talked to. I say please and thank you. I do lots of other nice things, but I would not ever ask my girls dad if I could date her. What is that accomplishing anyways? You said that even if he says no, you will still see her so in all actuality that will be more disrespectful than anything. You are going to go against his wishes and date her without his blessing? WTF? What was the purpose of this whole idea anyways if that's the case?

Haha, ---- everything everyone else said, you really want to impress him, take him for a ride in jeff's turbo ls/vtec and just let him ---- his pants, that the best way into the family, the shortest distance from one point to another is a stright line... and that straight line is 1/4 mile son

lol, nah, i haven't talked to him yet. i talk to him today i'm going over there at 7 to chill and whatnot. i made up my mind and i'm gonna ask him, if he laughs oh well **** on him. i'll let you guys know how it goes. and if i get married maybe i will ride off on a horse into the sunset. that sounds nice. :P
