this is what really happen...first UPS lost the parts, than Iraqi insurgents blew up the new shipment, but than supposedly a pack of rouge EPROM fairys stole them again...in reality he finally fessed up and said the company messed up and kept the money(I think that was partly true ::) )...but of course he felt no need to refund us cause he feared the government would intercept the Paypal transactions since they are tapping his house from over on the grassy knoll in Area 51 where the aliens ---- probed him, perfectly acceptable excuse IMO.

Anyway I did get ahold of him a few days ago and he said in a post that he will refund once everyone gets ahold of him, but it seems like the post was deleted along with another post.. I will look into that.

So glad this topic came up again, I was afraid I would get yelled at if I brought it up alone. Yep I emailed him and Pmed him and everything. That time he said he would refund us I sent him an Email about it, this was like what, a month ago? Still hasn't even contacted me or made an attempt to get my money back to me. $25 I'll never see again. :-\
