no never started just spit and sputtered and backfired like the timing was off. but i check spark then and it had it and i heard the fuel pump, and even though the fuel pump isnt working right now i can smell gas if i crank it wich make me believe the injector are opening to

cant got a b16 waiting to go in it, no ideas? friday saterday or sunday i have all of them off

well i had the same problems and it was my wiring for the distributor to the plugs. if you have a haynes manual youll love it. the firing order is 1-3-4-2. start from the bottem left hand corner of the dizzy and place them in firing order. also make sure you have the dizzy dead center if possible. and check your dizzy harness again and make sure all the colors match appropiately and the white wires are goin to the proper white wires(thick to thick, small to small).

thats what i was going to say, just check the plugs are tight and the wires are on good as well. Also make sure the ecu is plugged in.

Check the dizzy wiring again one wrong connecton will make it run bad or not at all.

i did the only ones that could be switch are the whit one and i have try them both ways, but i want to thank everyone trying to help me.

I bent a ECU pin when I did mine. You prob did the same.

and that made the pump not prime
