I'd say the reason you did it is because you haven't gotten any in 3 months are you're experiencing sexual frustation. A man's got needs and she wasnt sufficing yours apparently.

ok if its been three months and she isnt putting out in any way then you might want to turn the table on her
when she asks why your down or whatever just tell her your having doubts about the relationship and if she is being faithfull to you
she will flip and ask why you would think such a thing thats when you pull the "no sex in three months" card on her
she will either brake down and say she is screwing around or she will appogize and blow ya or or some kind of action
granted she has offered it to ya but you didnt take it cause oyu where being nice but play time is over
your to young to be strapping yourself down wait a few years then do it this wont be your last relationship
