umm, yeah...my car has been smoking and starting funny so i dug out the compression tester today and...yeah... anyone have a PR4 piston/rod i can have?? :'(

what i drive like a little old lady... ::) think it broke rings mid race day after we did the compression test... the run after we did the compression test it started to run worse and sound odd everytime i started it...
ehh... one piston in 3 years aint bad...

anyway after desaster you always come back bigger and better... i will be swapping to OBD1 (running uberdata) and maybe some other ---- too... but i just spent my money on some VW ---- (got a tranny and dash for my car, info soon)...

he has another Rabbit that will be getting the boost. its has a 1.8L 16V, Autronic standalone, full coilovers, fully seam/stich welded chassis, caged....oh and Syncro/AWD :-*

BTW local (Everett, WA) guys: Aaron will build cages/roll bars for rent money (important cuz he is my roommate). can be SCCA legal...sorry guys no NHRA cages...YET! still needs another die or something for it.
so if you want a roll bar, cage, harness bar...whatever he can custom fab that ---- up. he has a bender and a welder and he is getting damn good at doing these things!... PM me for more info...

well bending the pipes and 'copes' that are on the cross bars are what are the hard parts.... but your welding isnt safe for anything...your turbo is gonna end up falling off and getting run over...

no it won't, I already considered that happening and I know that it won't fit between the block and the cross member
