Ah, that first link has the fight, but you really gotta look for it. I still don't see WTF really knocked Randy on his ass like that. I didn't really see a hit. He sure did take some abuse on the ground after that though. You could tell the ref wanted to stop it, but wanted to make sure it was really over before he ended such a huge fight. :S

someone on another forum pointed out that serra hit gsp in the same spot the first time they fought. it did the same thing to gsp.
i know where i don't want to get hit.

can't say brock won with technique, crazy lucky punch that almost missed.

overall the fights were good, jorge gurgle pisses me off so i stopped watching after his 1st round. gurgle is a very good fighter, but gets too excited and forgets everything. i'm starting to think he doesn't belong in the ufc. maybe he should stick to training.

anyone who says randy controlled anything is retarded.....randy tried to slam brock and couldnt even pick him up...he didnt try
to move him 6 feet away dumbass..he tried to slam him down and brock was like i dont think so.....and moved him a few feet lol
The punch that knocked randy out wasnt even clean.

brock hit him a little below and behind his left ear. that's a fatal blow if you use something hard, artery runs right through there. think of it this way though, even if it was a glancing blow, brock has retard power in both hands. a glancing blow is all it takes.

for randy to have won that, he had to have taken it deeper into the fight and gassed brock. he almost made it brock just got lucky. thats all it takes in mma

maybe we didn't watch the same fight, in the last 20 secs of the first round randy picked brock up by one leg and carried him about 6 feet away.

How would picking up your opponent and moving him a few feet over help u in the ufc? Picking someone up and setting them down isnt a strategy or a way to beat your opponent. He tried to pick up brock and get him down and couldnt...

Lesnar used the cage to keep from getting slammed. Ref warned him about it after the fact. Point was it may have made a difference if he had been slamed. But he wasn't, and he caught randy. End of story.
