you dont need a boosted type r motor to go fast in a crx. ----, a couple of mice running in those cage wheels for an engine would make a crx fly.

What a waste of money, for the price of a boosted type R you can literatly have a boosted K20 swap.

My buddy has an integra Type R he just blew 20 grand on the block and turbo, Sleeved, Rods, Pistons, machine work and a turbo setup, I think this is a complete waste of money. Get an LS motor, they are good to 250 - 300WHP with good tuning, and ---- the Type R

A crvtec is not good to boost, weak *** sleeves will crack, I'd boost an LS Vtec if anything.

for all you ------ haters that say ---- the type r etc, listen, its what i have rite now, in my car, and i got it for 2500 legit through a great friend of mine that has 2 type r's (rhd and lhd) and a ctr-turbo(rhd imported)
its what i have, so stop hating, im exploring the options of weather or not to boost it or to sell it and boost something else, i am building a street car, not looking for anything insane, like i said, just want to go turbo, and im working on a military paycheck which isn't ---- but enough to build a quality setup, im not sleeving or anything like that, becuase im not looking for insane power like i said, just want to get into the 12's. Looking for the easyest way, so far ive came to the comclusion just to do rods and pistons and boost it, allready running uberdata on a p28 so thats taken care of. But thats why i was asking if most of you think it would be smarter in the long run to sell it and take the leftover money and get a gsr or ls and build/boost that.
