Im just gonna type endlessly here because I probably just fucked myself over soooo much and it hasnt hit me yet.
Heres the story.

So I get off work @ 10am, little pissed off that a co-worker Im seeing wants to patch things up with her husband and may stop seeing me. So I decide to go for a drive, I jump in my newly bought (today) 91 Ranger V6 3.0 5spd and just go ------- straight. Roads are straight as hell, highbeams light everything up and I start to give some gears, start pulling into town with a few scatterred stores 5th gear @ 4500rpm, boom it catches my eye, a patrol car sitting behind a large sign on the opposite side and Im the only one on the road and Im not going slow, ----!!! downshift to third and hard on the brakes, engine revs screaming and I didnt care if he pulled me over just as long as he didnt clock me going as fast as I want, got my speed down to the limit as I was parrallel to him but the ****** was watching, he flies out, lights blasting the dark night and jumps on my *** within a 1/2 second, Im fucked and I know it, my virgin ticket is going to be rough. I pull over fast and into a gas station

The cop (J.Coron) gets out immediately and walks up to my window flashing the light in my eyes, I roll down the window and say "Hello officer" and hes pissed.

"Son do you know how fast I clocked you at? Do you want to go to jail?"

"I was cruising at a little under 100, just got off work and needed a drive"

"How does 146km in an 80km posted zone sound? Have you ever gotten a ticket before"

(I hand him my registration, insurance, liscnse and the ----)

"Never gotten a ticket, driving for a year and I just bought this truck today and lost my girl, dont think I was going that fast though"

"Ok no prior tickets, give me a few minutes dummy" (he literally said dummy)

I jump on the phone and start freaking out to a friend asking some questions, cop comes back so I just hang up

"Kevin, since youve got no prior tickets, G2 linscense and I know how much the insurance would be all over you and the road was clear I gave you a little reduction and I havent done this big of one in a while"

He gives me a 2 min warning on insruance rates and how I couldnt even get insurance if he ticketed me and he says

"I reduced it to a 95 in an 80 posted zone, no points $50 fine"

"OMG! thanks so much, I just needed to drive and dont know how I got that fast, have a great night"



So I just got my first ticket and I pull into the gas station parking lot and just think, I call cathy and tell her what happened, she calls me stupid and ---- and my phone dies out, ----. I start on my way home going back the same direction I came back from because this 30km stretch I just hit was long enough

Now me being 18 and ------- retarded what would you do? You jsut got pulled over @ 1:55am and that was the only cop you seen, its now 2:05. There definetely wont be another cop posted already right and John is still sitting in the parking lot.

I swear Im the dumbest ---- on the road but I thought for sure there was no cops and the radar detector was still in the crx so I just assumed. I was going not as fast as last time but cruising for about 10kms at around 120 in an 80, not a car in sight, dont think I seen one going my direction. Im not in town going down HWY 25 where it crosses Bronte St. I know cops are up here close on Ontario so I slow down to the posted 50 fomr the 80 I was just cruising at, enver seen a cop right.

I pull up to the Ontario/Laurier intersection and stop, full stop and theres now an 01-03 Silver civic behind me, light turns green and I go, a white car comes at a pretty quick rate out of knowwhere form behind the civic and pulls beside it, ahead of it and behind me.

Its a cop, Im going 50, its a 50 zone and Im in the right side lane, "pull me over bitch, try me"

Lights n sirens, OMG WTF

Same reaction as the last cop, Immediately jumps out of the car I think because Im searching the glovebox for the ---- I just put away, window still rolled down from 15 min ago

"Hello officer, is there a problem?"

"Ive got you on radar 114 in an 80 zone"

"Sir, I was literally just pulled over 10 minutes ago and Ive been going the speed limit the whole time since"

"Pass me your information please" (in my hands),

He checks it out and asks for the other ticket, looks it over and says youve got to slow down man

"Where abouts do you think I was going 114, just so I know, this is a 50 zone, 80 zone was way back on the mountain"

Heres where he clusterfucked me, he throws my ---- back on my lap, I think hes letting me free since I wa sjust pulled over and seem like a nice kid right. He starts walking back to his car and I was about to start the car and said

"Have a nice night, thaanks a lot"

"One sec kid, Im going to check the plate first" (10 day temp on the front window, he definetely didnt see it)

I start assembling the ---- on my lap and something is missing, ----, hes got my drivers linsecse? Or did the first cop not give it back

He steps out like 5 minutes later, papers in hand.

I punched the center console, he walks up and I say

"Seriously another ticket?"

"You were speeding, I have to, but I reduced it for you I cut it to 109" (still 29 over)

Hands me the ticket and I just throw it on the floor without looking at it, pissed as FAWK!!! Im mad and hes alreayd ticketed me

"So were abouts are you saying I was going this fast, because Ive been going the limit the whole way, gotta know your side for court of course"

"Alright here are the 3 options, Im sure the other officer went over them with you, the location is on the ticket, slow down"

He walked back to his car and sped off. I pick up the ticket, turn on the interior and light and read it

'REGIONAL RD 25 SOUTH OF DERRY ROAD'

WTF, Derry itself is already over 1 km away and theres no driveways for another 1km, he was defientely 2-5km back there, was snoozing and just guessed my speed and thats why he took so long to catch up....?

I need some help on what to do though.

The first ticket I know I fucked up and he cut the biggest break ever, Im still pleading non guilty just because I can and Ill need some help on what I can say

The second ticket I think I may win.
1.Took him almost 2+km or MORE past where he said I was speeding and there was a car behind me...
2.He used an X instead of a checkmark on all 3 boxes

Heres a statement I got off a ticket fighting sight about that

"An error so minor as to a "cross" mark was used instead of the required "check" mark in a box will nullify the whole ticket."

But Im just so pissed off, 2 tickets, the second one is @ 2:16 and for 3 points and $138 so Im obviously fighting it because I think Ive got a good case if I can prove to the judge how far away it was that he says I was speeding and that I just got a ticket and would not be thinking of speeding, maybe he clocked the car behind me,. Need help with that one

Anthing you guys need to know, need visuals of let me know. Its 4am now so I dont think anyone is on here

Dont say fess up and just pay, because I know I was speeding, I enjoyed it and it felt good, even liked seeing the flashers deep down. Dont need a pep talk, just how I can severly lower the fines/points or even make them disappear.

Im going to be framing these as well, my first speeding tickets and there for a good bit over and so long together

wow that is fucked. At least you don't have as many points as I do still

just fight it. I dunno what else to say, I have 'fessed' up and paid for every ticket i got and has cost me like $4k in fines and fees and I have only been driving like 3 years. Gay. Buddy of mine fights all his ---- and 5 outta 7 tickets he's gotten off. So just fight it.

I just cannot have 2 tickets on my record and I already pay $350/month for the crx and now this truck for liability

The weirdest thing about the story was you with the married woman. That is hilarious.

I would say try to fight the last ticket. You will get fucked I am sure, but maybe the judge will help ya out a little. Maybe you can plead guilty to a lesser ticket.

Dumbass , hey ---- happens you have to deal with it, I remember my first ticket also, don't worry it'll get easier to deal with after your 5th or so.
But seriously, try and fight it, see what happens, if it is like in florida, if the cops doesn't show in court on his day off, they usually never do, the ticket gets trown out.

by the way you are young, so don't worry about the women in the story, there's plenty more out there, it's hard first but you'll find something better.

well, if one cop car was behind a sign, thats entrapment. you can get away with that, because he was hiding. thats illegal. and the 2nd one might be entrapment aswell. if i was you i would go to court and fight it.

Im saying he was on the opposite side of the ride, straight parallel with the road and behind a BIG graveyard sign, like maybe 5 feet to the left, I onyl spotted him because its a 6lane road and the angle let me see his interior light and the lights off of the sign lit him up a bit (the sign was white as well)
