Default Twin turbo sbc Monte, piping question

I've talked my friend out of the 3k procharger and into turbo. Going between single and twins right now, but we think it will be easier space wise to do twins. The main problem i'm having is trying to figure out a good way to run the charge piping. Would it be easier to Y them together before the intercooler, or have two separate small intercoolers and Y before the hat, or never Y and just get a hat with two inlets? And what about this egay intercooler? Could you have one inlet on each side-- the airflow is separated in that intercooler isn't it? I'm just trying to work this out so its not a jumbled mass of piping. Sorry if its confusing. Any input?

So its fun, but he wants more power. Like a lot more.

the main problem is the lack of fuel injection being present, that would be the most recomended area to be adressed. soncond you ought to consider running a semi large single turbo instead of twins . running one turbo will help widen the powerban up to 750+ whp but any higher twins will possibly work if it is done right . regardless of charge pipe bs i would prefer function over form even if you assume it will become some clusterfuck.

Well the power goal wise we are looking for 5 to 600hp because he wants some longevity from the engine even though its doesn't have the be his d/d, so i think the twins should function fine if sized well. As far as fuel management i'm pretty sure he's going with a demon carb from whats been discussed. That will likely be the most expensive part of the setup, but i guess thats what happens when you don't drive a honda . And its definitely function over form-- this is HMT afterall, I'm just trying to figure out how to run it so the pipes don't collide with one another, theres a ---- ton of piping with just one intercooled turbo on a honda. This intercooler is looking pretty sweet now though, just found it. We are gonna go check the car out friday and measure up the clearances. The best part is that his older brother is a professional underwater welder and will probably be helping with that half of the equation. Balla status
