it spools at 4100 ish , im only running 5 psi it pulls like a bastard up until about 6k last night i put in new plugs and set my cams back to zero and it would pull all the way up to 8, this afternoon it started sucking again and now it only pulls up until 6 , my plugs are probably fouled, im going to keep it out of boost till i can get that vacuum manifold and redo everything thats needs vacuum.

get projektegs base map and you will double that boost.
if you think it pulls now...just wait till you can crank it up.

No.It shouldnt come up that high.The more your brakes wear the higher it goes till you adjust them.Justin is right...might want to take a look at them.Or maybe your cable is loose .
