Werd I've been reading all over on if it's possible to turbo my 2-stroke moped, and I hear over and over it's damn near impossible for those reasons

Just like a twin turbo D series in an EF. Mr.International won't let us down. ;)

Sorry to say but I'm going to be a let down. :-\ Reading this thread I just realized that its impossible to turbo a 2-stroke so I'm not going to even attempt it. Even though 2-strokes pules twice for every revolution so they have a shitton of exhaust energy to spool a turbo. Also a fuel injected 2-stroke would also not work becuase running premix through injectors is impossible, just look at the RX-7's. So if people with no first hand experience with turbos and 2-strokes say its impossible, it must be true.

Again, a turbo 2-stroke is impossible and should never be attempted by anyone, ever. Especially if your attempting to build a fuel injected, turbo Banshee running on alchohol. ;)

fuel injectors on a 2 stoke. never said it was impossible.

but what are you going to use to close the exaust port. or how does the compressed air stay in the cylender if it hasabout half a stroke to come out of the cylender. and are thoes yamahas running fordged pistons. because most 2 stroke pistons are thin and weak as ---- and feel like toys.

unless. the compressed air kinda just keeps flowing through the turbine end of the turbo creating kindove a jet engine effect.. presureizing the header charge and cylender all at the same time .creating about equal presure all the way through the system..... just trying to think ???

i seirously kinda want to know. because to scale 370cc/173hp 1200cc/564hp. i would like to have a 564hp personal watercraft ;D

lol, how long do you think stock 2-stroke pistons last? :-\ My motor is .30 over with Weisco pistons and a welded and true crankshaft. My motor is good to 240hp until the trans gernades. If you really want a 564hp watercraft than stop making excuses for why it won't work and go build it. And also the ratios don't work like that, just becuase a supra can get 1000hp on a stock 3 liter doesn't mean my 1.5liter Honda is going to make 500hp. All motors are not the same
