Turbocharger porting

So after being a lurker for 5 years on these forums i've finally grown a pair and started collecting parts for a turbo kit. It's going to be your typical honda kit 450's,hf manifold, probe turbo,VW sidemount intercooler and maybe a ghetto rigged water injection. So today i've been dicking around all day between cleaning my calipers and porting my turbo. Going to stick with this small ass turbo because i'm not a fanatic of spending anymore money and it has ZERO play in any way : P.

I've so far port matched the exhaust outlet to the o2 housing and was going down where the turbine wheel sits but didn't go so far since i'm afraid to hit the wheel. As soon as i get my adaptor flange and gaskets i will start porting out the exhaust inlet as far as i can (short shank stones).

My questions are, could i hog out the exhaust outlet to be wider than the turbine wheel or should i just continue in just making a taper port all the way down. Also will porting out the compressor inlet yield any results?(seems pointless since it's already matched with the compressor wheel. Also i have some small hairline cracks on the flapper seat of the wastegate? Can any serious problems occur from this and are there and cheap ways to fix this?

STEALTH MAKE SOME IHI OIL LINE KITS : )

Haha, did you forget something? :P

I used an HF mani+WR adapter plate. I ported the turbine inlet to match the adapter plate, ---- spools niiiiice

Steath has the kit you need. I just retapped the oil feed on the turbo to fit his kit. Its all here. Just have to use your noggin and measure the hole. Get the oil line fitting that is bigger than your inlet.
