i know they are slow, they look fine (the GTS) when they are stock. when they are riced out they look terrible.
the gook "drift" styling looks stupid on them also... you know what i mean

Eh, I missed reading that. No, sorry, in '85 we had the first CRX Si, and a D16A1 swap put those firmly in the 14.8-15.0, and they handle at least as well through the twisties as an AE86.

lets not forget the fact that if toyota would have kept selling the starlet and its small rwd cars here in the US then the civic never would have been so popular. in almost every other market in the world toyota and nissan dominate the aftermarket while hondas are more of a less popular cult car.
