i love turbos, i wish i had a turbo car right now, so don't get me wrong...

but when i go out to the suburbs with my essentially stock integra (14" wheels back on too), i don't need all these rich kids reving their turbo'd cars around me. it's like it's the new trend, the really in thing, "U AIN'T KOOL IN SKOOL IF YO RIDE DON'T SPOOL!!!" constantly, letting me know that i am no match for them, their parents have ensured that.

i saw this kid in a saab 90000000CD or whateverthefuckitis in mound drive through an intersection in front of me, turn his head to look at me, and made sure that he shifted right as he was passing in front of me, so that i could hear his blowoff valve. my parents wonder why i hate the suburbs so ------- much.

i feel sorry for the middle-aged women that i see driving integras like mine, constantly being harrassed by children.


P.S. i learned that kids these days call the B18b(non vtec) a D18, thanks a lot, makes me feel that much better about my car.

i have read that the diverter valve works better, and that a bov on a 1.8t doesn't help at all

that's cool, but im not into the image, just working at car dealerships for a while has turned my taste towards german cars. i don't need to be the fastest thing on the road, but i have fun in the veedubs, so, ---- it.

Do you have like 600 bucks saved up? I have a SAAB .42/.46 (I think, or at least something like that) that I'll sell you for 30 bucks. It spools fine, no rebuild needed. I just want it out of here. I got a lot of DSM buddies, so I can get you a bov, a SMIC, injectors and some hard/soft chargepiping. Get a boost gauge, get Cray to burn your ecu and tune, and you have boost. You're in MN, we'll hook you up >:D O0

We started this ----------er 8) I remember back in the day when a turbo was unheard of and it was like a rarety to see something turbo (that wasn't factory) And now all of a sudden look around and everyone's turbo becuase of sites like this and the many blown motors learning how to build good turbo kits.

all the saabs, wrx's, 1.8ts, turbo beatles, srt4s

stis and evo8s are decent but still pretty gay.

Just turbo you car. If moneys an issue, just boost it in summer. During winter put an intake in, open the wastegate and load a stock map for your ecu. That way you can enjoy $2.30+/- 87 octane fo' winter :-X

The evo 8 is about the only one of those cars I really like just cuz its the most irrational sports car to ever come out.. its a hardcore econo box.. fitted with all this really high end equipment.. I mean they are pretty ------- rediculous.
