not totally true. I friend of mine had a turbo timer installed in his 99 gs-t and still had to wait for the timer to go off because he couldn't lock his door. :-\

he had a remote that locked his door for him so he had an alarm. His doors wont lock if the car is still on. When the timer running the car is still on so he had to wait for it to go off :-\

all you have to do is stay in vacuume for 5 minutes before you turn off the car. barely press the gas to get you to your destination 5 minutes before you park, plan it out, you'll get used to it after a while.

theres a waya to get around that, put the alarm signal wire on ingition one, and the timer on ignition 2.

the catch is that the fans work of ignition one and you will have to switch them to ig2.

also, this doesnt stop the engine from triggering the shock sensor.

I got a turbo timer and a alarm on my car, no need to wait for it. All you gotta do is use a relay to fool the alarm. When the timer is running, the relay shut the ignition signal going to he alarm and when it goes off the signal is restore back to normal.
