From what I'm reading..he's just selling a chipped Pm6 and adds a cd with the program at no extra cost....so that the buyer can tune it himself if he wants to...??

He doesn't say it costs money. It is implied through that quote it is available over the internet, he's just making it easier for the buyer. He doesn't claim it's his own software thathe made either.

Im not sure, his email looks familiar so he may have bought from me...anyways, I dont think Parker cares as long as no one is actually selling the program.
