He was playing with them, slowing down till the cops were on his ass then dropping gears and flying off. Then he blew his motor and got caught. i've ran from the cops twice and i bet many people could do it as well if you have a less populated area. All those guys usually get caught because they hit traffic or something. Like that vide of the c5 vette that crashed into the back of a semi. No traffic and the dumb ---- would have gotten away.
