sean has more trouble getting the clutches to hold up from the torque. Youve fried a ram 6 puck and an Act Stage 2 or 3 or somthing in the last month or so Sean? Also the stock clutch. You should have heard his dyno results, with the stock bottom end he was pulling somthing like 225lbft at the wheels...

atomikpunx (the new b's dont go in the accords) Place Racing makes all the stuff to do the newer B-series swaps. I almost did it before i bought my JDM Accord B20A's. I helped a friend do his LS/Vtec swap this summer in his 88 Accord Coupe and i was not impressed at all with the place racing passenger side mount and the rear mount but nothing some welding cant fix. But as far as just bolting it up how they suggesting i wouldnt recommend at all. But his LS/Vtec swap was nice and all proffesionally built so it should put down some good power when he gets it to a dyno. I drove it when we finished and it pulls really hard over the stock SOHC motor.

Sean: have you suggested doing your charge pipes like justins because my intercooler is a bit longer than his and it still fits in the bumper. The main thing is the IC cant be much wider than 3 inches. I think my hardest part is gonna be the driver side pipe with the B20A p/s pump since its further forward.

you can swapo a b but if you compare a b18 to the a20 the b18 is a weakling. even the ls/vtec aside from the vtec still isnt that imporessive. i have yet to see a b that touchs my tq output except for the b20z and we know how well those engines rev.
