TT is a hell of a business, but their kits aren't aimed at the HMT market. HMTers DIY, and possess some degree of mastery.

In a world of ssauto shits and cc-fags, if you were to buy a kit like this from tuner toys, you;d at least know they'd stand behind their product. might not not be very good performance wise, but their customer service is unbeatablw

1) Make an introductory thread. Make sure to post pics of your car, and a couple of pics of nekkid women. This makes for a favorable first impression. Expect a number of rude comments anyway: HMT is covered up with some of the coolest, funniest, complete and total assholes you'll ever meet. You want to be one of us, don't deny it.

2) Use the search function. The stickied threads at the top of each forum are invaluable!

3) Maximum Boost by Corky Bell is Turbo 101 primer, and worth the $35.

4) Don't make 1001 posts about basic n00b stuff. If you think it's probably basic n00b stuff, but you can't find an answer searching, use private messages. I answer private messages, so do a LOT of the other guys here. Get a handful of knowledgible guys you can rotate through until you're up to speed and THEN you will ask intelligent questions in the forums.

:o impressed...

Haha, mastery. That's rich. :P

Compared to any other site, with the exception of geek sites like pgmfi and professional sites like m24x, HMTers possess mad skills. A lot of posters here are going places.

dont buy a kit! i learned so much about my car and cars in general when i did my 1st hmt setup. it feels a lot better when you do it yourself anyways and you can put together a kit that will yield more Hp for the same price with a FMIC.

Jail's not a bad thing if it's what it takes to make you wake up and smell the coffee. Not all life's lessons are politically correct... got that, ------?

Amen!
I have learned my lesson indirectly through jailed friends, one of him said he was going out of his illegitamte venture after one last deal... got caught, is spending the next 4 years in real prison... 18, 19, 20, 21, might as well have thrown his life away. Made me get my hit together, hope it does the same for him.

Violent felons are the best people, as odd as that sounds. They are really good at communicating problems way before things get out of hand, or just flat communicating so that everyone knows where they are at and there are no problems.
