I should have mentioned that I only did the lower side mounts with 3M and did all 3 (sides and rear) with the inserts. I haven't been to the track yet, so I don't know how much of s difference there will be in 1/4 mile times, but I like less rattle on a daily driver. The inserts might be a good in-between from totally hard filler (3M) and nothing at all.

I suggest getting inserts along with window weld. I tried using just the window weld and I got it everywhere, but the motor mount (kept leaking out).
